Service Description

Each class you'll rotate through a workout, customized by Amy, of upper body, legs and core work going at your own pace. Amy will walk around helping each class member with form as needed, while also answering any questions that may arise. She will encourage you to push a little harder and lift a little heavier so you can discover the growth that happens outside of your comfort zone!
