Fitness is a journey
NOT A DESTINATION
Hi! So glad you're here!
Let me tell you a little about myself.
I was born and raised here in Utah. I grew up in a big family, and developed a love for fitness at an early age. You could find me rollerblading, biking, hiking, running, dancing, tumbling or just playing around.
In school I ran track and did Cheerleading, and in the past few years have completed a handful Century bike rides.
Last year I competed in my first bodybuilding competition (something I never DREAMED of doing!) which ended up being one of the hardest, most rewarding things I've ever done. Going through that process taught me so much about my body, and that each of us are capable of anything we set our minds to!
Being a mother of six, I understand that life gets crazy and it can be hard to find time for yourself. I also understand the importance of self-care because you can't pour from an empty cup.
Take time for you, take care of you and let me help you become a stronger, more confident version of yourself!
Although I stayed active in between each of my pregnancies, it wasn't until I had my 6th baby that I decided it was time to commit.
I made a promise to myself to exercise every day and track my food. Progress was painfully slow and frustrating at times, but I never broke that promise. It was during this time that I developed a passion for weightlifting.
The growth I've experienced, and all that I've learned throughout my journey has been exponential. I want nothing more than to help others break out of their comfort zone and discover what they are capable of as well!
