Cancellation Policy

ABS BY AMY FITNESS & THE POWERLIFTING GYM (TPG) LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK I voluntarily choose to participate in fitness training, exercise programs, classes, strength training, and related activities offered by Abs By Amy Fitness and conducted at The Powerlifting Gym (TPG). I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries, illness, serious injury, disability, and death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I represent that I am physically capable of participating in these activities and understand that Abs By Amy Fitness and TPG do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I am responsible for consulting a physician regarding my ability to participate if necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Abs By Amy Fitness, The Powerlifting Gym (TPG), and their respective owners, employees, contractors, trainers, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in any activity, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, including claims arising from ordinary negligence. I understand that Abs By Amy Fitness and TPG are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines and accept responsibility for my conduct and use of equipment. In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
