I LOVE food and hate feeling deprived and restricted. I want to teach you how to fuel your body with plenty of nutritious foods AND have the freedom to enjoy the foods you love.
I also want to emphasize patience.
Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, there are no shortcuts, jumpstarts, fast tracks or detoxes that are going to work like magic.
Restrictive dieting may produce quick results, but without an exit strategy can have detrimental consequences.
I will help you, encourage you and keep you accountable.
You stay consistent, be patient with yourself and don't give up.

When you sign up for coaching, you'll get a weightlifting focused workout plan that will both challenge you and fit your lifestyle.
You will also receive personalized macros to follow based on your goals.
Each week you will check in with pictures, and we will go over how you're feeling, if you're seeing progress and make adjustments as needed.
I will be available 24/7 via phone call, text, email or Marco Polo for any help or questions you may have!
Coaching is $200/month with two months paid up front, then monthly thereafter.
